Make sure notifications are enabled for PersonsLikeYou in your device settings and that focus, do-not-disturb, or battery optimization features are not suppressing alerts. Incoming call prompts depend on push notification delivery, so both app permissions and network connectivity need to be active.
Audio and video call troubleshooting
